Missing "Flagged for Followup" folder in Favorite Folders Pane

I have reinstalled XP Pro and Office 2003 Pro and now find that my Outlook looks differently. I am missing the "Flagged for followup" folder that was in the Favorite Folders pane on the top left and now I have a "Current View" list of radio buttons on the bottom of my All Mail Folders pane. What has changed
How can I get a folder in Favorite Folders pane to list "flagged for followup" as before
Thank you if you can help.

Look in the folder list under Search Folders.

Sue, I have a similar problem. However, in my case, the "Flagged for
Followup" folder *also* disappeared from my Search Folders. Here is a
recap of the problem:

1. I installed Office 2003 yesterday.

2. Today, when I booted up again, my Favorite Folders had "lost"
about half of the items that were there before (one of the default
Search Folders as well as a few I had created). They also disappeared
from my Search Folders section.

3. That wouldn't be a big problem since I can just recreate the
Search Folders that I had made yesterday, however I can't truly
recreate the default "Flagged for Followup" folder. I can make a new
search folder that picks up all flagged messages, but it doesn't
identify the number of flagged messages within the folder like the
original "Flagged for Followup" folder did (I remember the number
appeared in green).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The setting for this is on the Properties dialog for the individual folder.
You can set it to show the number of unread items in blue or the total items
in green.
