Missing Find command in Access 12. No help

There is no find command or edit menu in Access 12 and help does not work.
Some work is needed on the screen layout including moving the views in the
lower right corner to somewhere more useable and not under the Windows task
bar.

The new "ribbon" layout could be useful but it definitely has the wrong
tools in it.

Access 12? The beta of Office 2005?

There must be a proper method to report "beta bugs", but this newsgroup is
not it.

We all know it's crap (or as they say "will take getting used to") but
please use the Beta newsgroups to comment about it.
