Does anyone have this file?
Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VBA\VEENLR3.HLP
If so please e-mail it to me at (e-mail address removed)

Which MS app. is this file missing for? Try running setup again, select 'Custom' and install all the help files.
