The file in the message is known to be a part of the dialer discusses at this anti-spyware site: http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/library/instantaccessdialer.c/index.p html That page also includes directions for manual removal. May want to review them so that you can get out any leftover traces of that dialer.
