missing file

hi,a few weeks ago i d/loaded a virus onto my comp
managed to get rid of it but ever since then when i
reboot my comp i get a message on screen cannot find
file c:WINDOWS\system32\fservice.exe. i don't know what
this file controls and my computer seems to run ok.is it
something to worry about and is there anything i can do
about it

Hi Bob,

It sounds like the fservice.exe file was deleted, but changes that the
trojan made in the registry are still intact. Have a look here for removal
instructions, including how to reverse changes made in the registry:

The nasty was removed. Now all you have to do is find the call in the
registry and delete the key.
