fservice.exe error

hi
when i run windows ex when the main screen (bg, icons etc)
loads a error appers saying can not locate
C:windows/system32/fservice.exe please help...cos i want to
get rid of this error.

You may have a worm. Run an updated antivirus scan.

I have the same virus and I am pretty sure that it is a worm or a trojan but my anti-virus doen't pick it up......any help?????
