Access denied

Can't open a screen saver file. I was able to download
it, but when I click on the icon in the folder to install
(open) it I get the following errors:

Say's something about Access
Denied, "C:windows/impborl.dll" then another error box
comes up and says something like Access
Denied, "C:windows/temp/STF temp/temp1/dat" then the last
error window comes up and says "Installer file corrupted"
Error 5.
 
XP does not allow screensavers that want to change system files. Use a XP
screensaver instead.
 
Okay. Thanks. Out of curiosity, how do I tell which
screen savers XP permits or not?
