missing file

my computer tells me that i am missing this
file "mscoree.dll.". could someone tell me what this
is,and how i can get it. i have a felling that this is
makeing my computer run jerky,almost like there is a
hesation.

Mscoree.dll is part of the .NET framework for Windows. Go to Add/Remove and
remove the .NET framework there. To reinstall .NET Framework go to:
www.microsoft.com/net or from the windows update site.
