Missing file

Hello wonder if any one can help. I ran spybot and removed all the files that
it found but accidentially deleted a file called C:\WINDOWS\bxxs5.dll and
cannot get find it to replace it. Does any one know how to find the file or
how to reinstall it without having to format my computer again? Thank you for
your help in advance
