missing file hpgreg32.dll

WinDoctor cannot find hpgreg32.dll file. I have been to HP website and did
what they said to correct. They said to remove check mark from 'Hide
extensions for known files' but there is no check mark there to remove.

Any help appreciated.

Hi JoAnn,

Since there is no checkmark beside 'Hide extension for known file types",
the option to hide those extensions has already been disabled.....just
continue on with steps 5, 6 and 7.

You can choose to ignore the problem within windoctor.
This seems to be common with HP printers and has no
effect on printer operation. The executable hpqprcpy.exe
uses this dll and I havn't been able to find out what it
does even from HP. I've gone into the regestry to remove
the references, but that causes other problems.
