missing file c 437.nls

When I start up XP this error message comes up(missing or corrupt file
windows\system 32\c 437.nls). How can I fix it?

The file C:\windows\system32\c_437.nls is missing or corrupt

*.nls files are language files. All of these files are the languages that
XP supports. I.e. Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel.

c_437.nls is South African English.

See this article and substitute c_437.nls for C_1252.nls in the
instructions...
