missing file at bootup

the comp shows missing ibm0005.exe from the shared folder how can i
remove the error i got a trojan and my antivirus deleted the file i
believe and as i deleted e drive it isnt restoring anything

That file is part of the malware. Apparently your antivirus didn't delete
all references to the trojan. Review the malware removal steps at this

If you went through similar removal steps, including the preparatory work
and finishing-up work, and you are confident that your computer is really
clean, use the System Configuration Utility to stop the call for the trojan
file.

However, IMO it would be smart to go through the removal steps at the link
if you didn't clean up your computer that thoroughly.
