Missing executional file

I deleted a file that had a trojun virus. Macafee told me to replace it with a clean copy. I do not know where or how to retrieve a new copy. The file was listed under the following directory: C:\Program Files\Syslaunch.exe.

It's NOT part of Windows 2000. It may be some cute utility OR malware.
Try doing a search at www.google.com for "Syslaunch" and decide what you
want to do.

You don't need it. It's the Outwar adware downloader (IeHelper).
