missing exe. file

each time that i startup my computer i receive the following and am unable to
locate this execute file : C:/Windows/System32/Tools/DelFolder.exe How in
the world do I get it back or where can I locate it to copy it to my
harddrive?

The file and that folder does not belong to Windows.
How in the world do I get it back or where can I locate it to copy it to my

If you didn't install/remove that software, scan your system for malware ASAP.

utility will show you what's loading, or trying to, and from where. The
included Help gives information on how to remove unwanted startup entries.

Please before trying the blow, it will be best if you scanned this
app/folder on this website or send them a sample:

Then perform these cleaning steps, this it doesn't look friendly to me?.
First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Taps:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.
