Missing email

A few days ago I received an email, I opened it,, closed it, then went back
to it the next morning. Gone. I cannot find this email anywhere. I have
looked in the deleted file, junk, etc. Nowhere. Any suggestions? Please
help. Thank you.

The same thing keeps happening to me, with all the emails i open. What's
happening??? Any info will be very helpful
