One of our users was moving multiple emails from his inbox to a pst. He
attempted to drag them from the inbox and drop them to a shortcut to his pst
which was on his Outlook bar. The emails are now missing, and cannot be
located anywhere. We have tried the pst, and his entire mailbox (including
non-email folders, and top of the information store) and the recover deleted
items cache. It seems they have just gone. Or have they?
Has anyone seen this before, if so, are you able to advise if the emails can
be located without doing a mailbox restore which will take days.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
