missing dll files

hi, i forgot to put my fire wall back o a couple of weeks ago and was hit
with lots of virus's.
now when i start up my computer gives me two error messages.
: error loading w0010673.dll
the specified module could not be found
:error loading w3cc7c9a.dll
the specified module could not be found
I think the files went missing as a result of the virus's and im not sure
how or where i can get them back. i have my windows xp home disc and thought
if i ran it i may be able to repair, but no luck, and i have tried to find
the files on the net and no luck either,
a friend said if it isnt causing any trouble then leave it, but my internet
now go's off for no reason 3 to 8 times a day and it didnt do that then,
im stuck totally and dont know what to do, please help me someone lol

It sounds like an anti malware scan removed the malware DLL files but NOT the places that
call the DLL files.

Execute; MSCONFIF.EXE and go to the StartUp tab.

Look for line items that load "w3cc7c9a.dll" and "w0010673.dll" and disable them.

That the first step.

BTW: Chances are these are Trojan files and you DO NOT want them back !

Sorry ! I spelled the utility wrong. It is NOT MSCONFIF.EXE it is MSCONFIG.EXE

Go to; Start --> Run

type; msconfig

Hit enter.

Go to the StartUp tab.

Look for line items that load "w3cc7c9a.dll" and "w0010673.dll" and disable them.

Reboot the PC.
