On startup, I recently started geeting the message that
the "msiefr40.dll" file was missing. I select ok and
performance doesn't appear to be affected, but I would
like to understand why I started getting the message, and
where I can find the file to replace it. I looked at the
Windows XP disk, and it appears the only way to find it
is to reload the entire Windos XP system. Any thoughts,
suggestions, ....
