missing directx 9 file

Hi , dxdiag says i'm missing file "qcap.dll" is missing. Ive tried to
reinstall dx9 but it doesnt seem to work , so my question is where will i
find this file and where will i put it once i get it.

You can get it off your WindowsXP installation CD. You can uncompress it and
send it to C:\Windows\System32
Start/Run/type MSCONFIG and click Enter.
Click the Expand File button and complete the form.
Make sure your WindowsXP CD is in the CD-Rom drive.
Note: When you put the CD in the drive hold down the Shift key to stop it
from activating, for it may think that you're trying to reinstall XP. If all
