Missing Data Sheet in Power Point Slide

I have Power Point Slide with a Microsoft Graph inserted into it. I was
making some changes in the graph and somehow my datasheet is gone. Is there
a way to get it back? When I double-click on the graph PowerPoint recognizes
it as a graphic and not a graph. I desperately need help.

Thanks to anyone who can help me!

Did you ungroup the graph, by any chance? That converts it from a graph to a
graphic (and throws away the data, I'm afraid).

Do you have an earlier copy of the file that the slide's part of? Perhaps you
could copy the graph from that and paste it into the current presentation.
