Missing Control Panel Icon

I noticed that the icon for the control panel is missing. Any idea of how to
restore the icon?

Missing from where? My Computer? Click Start, Control Panel, Folder
Options, View Tab, Scroll down to bottom. Four up from the bottom says
"Show Control Panel in My Computer". Check that and click ok.
