Missing Compatibity Tab

I recently installed Win2000. I found that some of my
programs do not run. According to the programs
manufacturer I need to change something in
the 'Compatibity Tab'. When I right click on the icon
that tab is not there. Is there a way that I can turn
that tab on?
 
Create a Shortcut to the actual .exe is the only way to
get this tab to show up.
