Missing Borders In Preview

I can see the hover buttons in design mode but they disapear in preview mode
in Front Page. I have seen articals on the net about this problem but none of
the fixes work. I can see the borders on the net web page and they work. I
have had to reinstall Front Page 2003 on this system and also the os. I have
check all the settings in IE against other machines. What is strange when I
go out to the net on this computer I cannot see the buttons but on anyother
computer going out to the web to the web site I can see the buttons.

Hover buttons require Java Virtual Machine which is no longer automatically installed with
windows, and which requires that users download and install JVM from Sun Java.
Most people won't

Therefore, most ( if not all ) web designers have stopped using them.
