missing attachment

Hi

I email an attachment (Excel file) from my Yahoo to a recipient. He
receives the message in Outlook 2000. The message indicates that it has the
attachment (the paper clip), but he says there is no attachment.

Can Outlook be blocking out this Excel file ? If yes, how can we get to
this attachment ? Or, is it the user who cannot find it ?

If he has Office 2000 SP2 or later, the Excel attachment may have been
blocked, but he should have gotten a message to that effect when he read your
e-mail. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm for more
information on how he might be able to access the attachment if he's running
SP2 or later.
