Missing Application Tab From Taskbar

Recently my program tabs disappeared from my taskbar. I can't see any of my
opened applications. I know they're still opened because I can still see them
when I do a Alt+Tab. Is there anything I can do to let the Tabs reappear on
my windows taskbar?

After download, start the utility and select Taskbar Problems =>
