Missing Address file

With WinXP and Outlook 2003. . .

When sending an e-mail, I click on "To" or "CC" to pull up the e-mail
address of the recipient. However, when doing so, I get the message that
"The address list could not be displayed." The contact folder has been
moved. . .

The folder storing the pst file has been moved to c:\my data\outlook but I
don't see how to tell Outlook to look there. How do I do this?

You forgot to configure your Outlook Address Book after moving the file:
