"Missing accounts button"

I's setting up outlook 2000 sp3 in CW mode on my new computer. I have added 2
email accounts. I can send on either one by changing the default. But my
accounts button on the standard tool bar isn't there. When I go to customize
I can't find the accounts button. Where did my accounts button go and how do
I get it back?

Outlook 2000 in CW mode never had an accounts button. Only Outlook 2002 and
later used that option except for Outlook 2000 IMO.

Thanks, I must have had it setup as IMO on the old machine. I'll try
switching the setup and see if that works better for me.
