Missed programs at Start up

I have 6 program load with windows start up
When i turned the windows on today i found only 4
The other 2 program already loaded into the memory but Can't see them in the
taskbar. i tried "msconfig" Disabled All start up processes and enabled them
again. Nothing happend still have the same program.

Anyone can help ?

I have the same problem - certain programs like audio mixer will load but
the logo does not always appear in the Task Bar. Annoying when you want to
adjust audio levels!! Regards John I
