Hi All

Does anyone know the minimun hardware requirement for DVD video capture/play
activity?
For example, use Decrypter to backup DVD to the harddisk or use PowerDVD to
play the DVD movie.
Currently my pc which has Athelon 1.2 GHZ + 256MB memory still can't handle
them well. I saw lots of
mosasic square happening and the movie is delayed all the time.

Appreciate any input.

Anything over a 500 or 600MHz Pentium III is more than enough
for perfectly smooth DVD playback, unless you have other things
running at the same time.

Verify that DMA mode is enabled for the IDE channel where the
DVD drive is located.
