Minimum requirements for XP Home Edition call for, 300 megahertz (MHz) or higher processor clock speed recommended; 233-MHz minimum required.

Has anyone tried installing XP Home on a 200 MHz Pentium system?
Will less than 233 MHz clock speed prevent it from installing and running, or just make it really slow?

What about dual proc 200 MHz Pentium system running XP Pro?

My experience has been that XP will refuse to install if the CPU speed is less than the minimum required.
