When doing a presentation in full screen mode, is there a way to minimze the
presentation so that I can temporarily access something from the desktop for
/ during the same presentation? Then, after accessing the desktop, maximize
the presentation back to full screen mode ?

You can hold down the "Flying Window" key on your keyboard and press "D" to
access the desktop during your presentation. To get back you would need to
hold the "ALT" key and press "TAB" until your slideshow appears in the
window, then release both keys.

Does that work for you?

That appears to work very well !!
Thank you

Anybody know if there are regular key alternatives to this for keyboards that
don't have the Flying Window?

Ctrl+Esc is equivalent to pressing and releasing the FW, for example
