Minimize Windows Task Manager to Sys Tray

Until today, when I minimized Windows Task Manager, I also got a cpu box in
what used to be called "system tray." (I forgot what it is called in
Windows XP Pro.) But now it goes only to the task bar, as other minimized
applications go. I like to see my cpu in the sys tray just by looking at
it, so I get an idea on how much is being used.
