minimising window

IE wont minimise a window and put it on the tray as before instead it close the window i wish to minimise.
i might have changed something by accident.
Please help
 
If you mean it doesn't show the minimized window on the Taskbar but
you can still see the process with Ctr+Alt+Del then you have a virus.
Please confirm if this is the case.
