when I open Task Manager it goes straight to being minimised in the toolbar.
I cannot maximise or restore it. Have run checks for spyware and viruses,
nothing found. Anyone help?
Thanks

hi there,

have you tried right clicking the taskbar and clicking task manager,

then select options and make sure there is no check beside the hide
when minimized.

Can't get to options, if I right click on the minimised box I have the option to restore, maximise or close...only the last option works!
Cheers.

It's probably offscreen. Try this:

With the program open, right click on its task bar icon, then type "M"
for Move, and then use the arrow keys to move the offscreen program
window onscreen

If this doesn't work then this is probably because the window isn't
offscreen but sized to 0x0. In that case, repeat, but use S for size
instead of M.

Easy when you know how! Thanks very much, ok now. Cheers.
