Solution:

Run:
Disk cleanup/disk defragment/scan disk-boot sector recovery and
disk check/start-run-services.msc/right click properties on RPC
(remote call procedure)/select recovery/click and drag down restart
the service on all three/let restart once more through the error and
then switch all three to take no action and restart the computer.

This worked and I have no more problems. I suggest to figure out what
is wrong in the RCP though cause this solution only prevents the comp
from restarting it doesn't heal it.
