"mini dump" problems

Whenever I copy movies, cd's, or create dvd's movies, I
get the System error message that the unit has recovered
from a system error, "send" or "don't send" to microsoft.
When I check the cause of the error. . .it was a mini
dump.
What can I do to eliminate this mini dump error?
