Milo: When I minimize Outlook '03, it actually closes it.

Milo-in-San-Diego

This just started happening recently.
Whether I do it by hitting the button with the dash on it or
right-click on the blue bar and choose "minimize" or
right click the button showing that Outlook is open and choose "minimize",
it actually closes Outlook instead.

What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Never mind. I continued my searching and found an answer.
I had hide-when-minimized on somehow.
