I am the school guidance counselor at Dyess Elementary which respresents and
instructs military dependents. We create publications for parents and
faculity. I would like to see high quality of clip art with selections of
each Military Branch Logos and more pictures created of our men and women in
service.

Not sure why you are posting this as a suggestion in an Access newsgroup.
This is a newsgroup for questions related to databases in MS Access.

I doubt that Microsoft has any control over this. I would bet that the
logos you mention are copyrighted and property of the various branches of
the military. I would bet that Microsoft has no more right to use those
images that you or I do.

If you are affiliated with a DoDDS school, then contact JPAO (Joint Public
Affairs Office) on the base. They are in charge of all base media, so
likely have clip art libraries and graphics that you can get permission to
use for official purposes. If they don't have anything suitable, contact
the nearest U.S. Military recruiters' offices. They can put you in touch
with the nearest regional recruiting station, which likely has clip art and
graphics suitable for recruiting purposes -- which will likely suit your
purposes, too.
