Migration to XP Question

I have a W2K Adv Server and I want to upgrade it. Can I upgrade it to
XPP without doing a clean install?

No. And you do know that WinXP Pro isn't a server operating system,
right? The upgrade path from Win2k servers is to Windows Server 2003.

No. There is no upgrade or downgrade paths between server and
workstation operating systems.
