Migration question

I'd like to move my contact list, calandar information, inbox and
outlook file folders to a new computer. I assume these are each
stored in separate files and they can simply be copied to the new
computer? If so, where can I find out the names of the individual
files?

Nope. All are in the same file: a Personal Folders (PST) file.
Just copy that file and configure the new installation to use it as its
default.
