I posted this initially in microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics and have not
had any luck:

Previously, I was using my Windows XP in administrator mode only. I realized
that this could compromise my system in many ways, so I created a new
user without admin privileges and migrated all of my settings that I had
used as an admin user. To migrate these settings, I just created a third
user (with admin priv) and copied everything except ntuser.ini, ntuser.dat,
ntuser.dat.log from the \Documents and Settings\"username"\ folder.
Everything migrated as planned, but my DellNet MSN logon screen does not
show my user icon and sign-on. It asks me if I want to create a new user or
sign in as a guest. Is there a specific folder/setting/ini file that I have
missed? Is there a registry setting I must edit? I just want the logon
screen to be identical to the one I had before. Thank you for your help.

That is going to be a Dell issue, I would recomend you
search their support for help.
