Migration from Outlook Express to Outlook

I have always used Outlook Express for all emails, but am
now setting up my own business and want to migrate to
Outlook and use the calendar and its other facilities.
Does anyone know how I can migrate all my existing emails
and addresses to Outlook. Also, when I migrate to Outlook
I want to use the same email address - is this possible?

In OE export mail to OL
In OL import OE address book and mail settings
