In Outlook Express, open the File menu > Export and export your
messages into Outlook.

SgtRich described how to migrate messages. To move your contacts, in
OuUtlook click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and Addresses.
Select Outlook Express, uncheck "Import Mail" and click Next. Select the
duplicate handling you want and click Finish.
