Migration from NT 4.0 to Windows 2000

Hi All,

I have a 4 BDC's over the WAN link & want to migrate to Windows 2000 server,
But pahse wise,

Please guide me thru all the steps, If you have any document you can send
me, I want to implement Terminal services too,
