Migration from Lotus Notes

Hi,

We are going to be migrating our users from Lotus Notes R5
to Outlook 2003. What I would like to know is if there is
a way to archive their Lotus Notes mail and folders to a
pst file, so that when they are on Outlook, they can
access their archived Lotus Notes emails. Any help would
be much appreciated. Thanks.

I can't help with the migration issue, but I'm curious--amazed,
really--that someone would move from Notes to Outlook. Do you know
why the decision was made to do that?
