Migration from Eudora to Outlook

Is it possible to move (import) a message store and address book from
Eudora 4 to Outlook 2003? If so, can someone give me a concise summary
of the process? I'm helping someone who's getting a new computer with
Office 2003, their old Pentium II computer had Eudora 4.x on it, which
I've never used.

I know that Outlook 2000 could, because I did it, but I don't see that
option in OL 2003. However, Outlook Express should be able to handle it and
then from there you can export to OL 2003.
