Migration and Merge of pst files (partial)

I need to migrate only part of the pst file on my old laptop that is running
Outlook 2003 to my new laptop that is running Outlook 2003.

Specifically, I need to ONLY migrate the Contacts, Tasks and Calendar
(absolutely NO EMAIL) from my old laptop and then merge (definitely not
replace) these folders into Outlook 2003 on my new laptop.

How do I do this?
 
**export those folders individually as pst's**, then import them
individually into the correct folders on the new laptop.
