Migrating XP Home To New Harddrive

I has just purchased a new larger capacity harddrive for my laptop computer,
and would like to move the entire contents of the old drive, including the OS
with all hidden files, to the new one without having to do a reinstall of
everything. Is this possible, and if so how is it best accomplished?

Use a disk cloning utility. There are several to choose from.

Check with the hard drive manufacturer's web site. They usually have
a free disk cloning utility you can download. Other choices include
Ghost from Symantec, BootItNG from www.bootitng.com, and Acronis True

Good luck

Look on the hard drive manufacturer's web site for a utility to move to your
new hard drive.

Thanks for the response. Now I just need Toshiba to respond to my voice
and/or e-mails. It is not real obvious from their web site how to get this
kind of software.
