I have a windows 2000 server and need to migrate my accounts and groups to windows 2003 ,since we are purchasing a new server with windows 20003 server enterprise editiom .I have gone thru the sites ,but if any one who has done it pratically ,can help me with some good resources,it would be helpful.

do i have to use adprep on win2k ,when i use the admt tool
