Anyone know/has the code/utility to migrate Lotus 123
(*.123) files into MS Excel 2000?

You need a copy of Lotus to do this. Excel can open *.wk4 files but not .123
files. If you can access a copy of Lotus then just open it up in there and
either save it down as an Excel 97 file, or as a *.wk4 file and then open it in
Excel.

How many files are we talking here?

Unfortunately Excel could not open Lotus 123 (*.123)
spreadsheet. :(

Any other suggestions?

Don't know if you can do it automatically in Lotus, but I'm assuming so, in
which case I think you will need a copy of one of the later versions of Lotus
and have it run a script that opens them all up and saves them down in Excel 97
format.

Conversions Plus from www.datawiz.com can do a batch conversion of .123
files to .xls.
